I have to make 5 characters for an assignment in school. Naturally, I am basing them on the Guilds in Magic: the Gathering set Ravnica. Specifically the Simic Combine, House Dimir, Boros Legion, Golgari Swarm, and the Cult of Rakdos. Expect some pictures in the next few weeks of the other characters!

This is the Simic character. To be honest, this is the only one that I don't have any background or personality for. I don't even have the name for him yet. I just wanted to draw him. I'm thinking this is someone that is really proud of himself and his accomplishments. Probably going out to "test" his experiments on useless guildless people in bars and such that dare to start a fight with him. He is very proud of his key invention, a biomechanical gauntlet that secretes an altered Cytoplasm. Normally, its a symbiotic substance is supposed to feed off of peoples natural rhythms and give back to the host with twice the power. His version, though, feed off of them and keeps it. Making people weaker and eventually killing them. He even refills the power gem in his chest by stabbing people with the needle-like fingers of the gauntlet.
The one flaw with the design is that he had to lose his hand to attach the gauntlet. A small price.

Oh, and he is a mouse. Because I thought it would be interesting for all 5 characters to be different species.
