A nice tuxedo paint job to this one. The super lasted until 1958 replaced by the Electra and after a 50 year absence the super was brought back for one year in 2009 coupled with the LaCrosse name as the LaCrosse Super.

Trivia Correction: Buick offered both a LaCrosse AND a Lucerne Super for a brief time in the late 2Ks. They had the 298-hp Northstar V8 instead of the standard-and-classic pushrod V6. That wasn't a big deal since the Lucerne and the Cadillac DTS were kissing cousins, but to wedge that big V8 under the hood of the built-for-V6s W-body LaCrosses took some delicate shoehorning, indeed.
