I made a change to the filling, though, replacing half of the brown sugar with chopped raisins and dates (plus a tablespoon of rum). I also sprinkled some chopped pecans in the midst of it all. In the future I will double the filling recipe (needs more!) Plus let them do their overnight rising as well as baking more spaced out, so they can grown into big, beautiful cinnamon rolls.
