From the newest scratch is カムイフウビ (Kamuifubi) in red. The costume comes in 6 colors and you can use the recolor ticket on it too.

I'd love ot play Pso2 @_@ like super bad but I don't were to download it let alone if theres any sort of english patch for it.

If you use the PSO tweaker from ARKS layer it can install for you, and can patch in English, I also think Russian and Spanish as well. It also has some item translation to English.
Normally it the game is downloaded from pso2.JP/players/download

PSO2 is my first Phantasy Star game, so.... it is all new to me and I probably missed out on some of the col stuff of the older titles.
