I've been looking at
vorelord 's artwork and just loved how he did works with no outer-border lines. Like it's all... watercolor ^^ So I was curious to know if I can pull off a picture... similar ^^; And.... this took forever at first... like 2 days WITHOUT lines :/
I stopped here, thinking that I need to stop:

BUT... azurathefox came along and I asked if we could do a collab. He fixed up the picture and made the awesome stroke lines on the jacket, feathers, etc. He also taught me about the clipping groups and how to use them to my advantage :O
After a day passed, he finally showed me his final picture, and it looked awesome ^^ I just did some extra editing; as making Falco more shaded and added more to the background plus some highlights on his body. Now this looks more bad ass x3
Guys, thank azurathefox for this picture cause he saved it :3 He's such a cool guy and I am jealous of how much he knows of Sai x3
I am rarely going to do art like this as this took me FOREVER! But... I'll practice this once in a while :3 For now, gonna stick to lined art x3 Much easier and more cartoonie x3

Don't give up lineless entirely! The highest quality pics tend to be lineless, and 
wolfblade tells me it's generally harder to pick up, the more you rely on lines D:
Not gonna say you should choose one over the other though! Both lined and lineless styles have their strong points. The earlier you put practice into lineless though, the better~ And you know what it can do for pics now! This is awesome!~
