These are my favorite things to do!
from shaved to finalized! *hugs airbrush close* "what would I do without you omfg"
I didn't always have an airbrush but I do now :) and while I was happy hand painting details I am really thankful to be able to gently and smoothly color stuff like this UGHHH <3

Usually fursuits are gender neutral to begin with so the wearer can say what sex they are if any! But lions the mane is very obvious male, so the lion suits w/o a mane should make sense if the person calls their character female. Similar with cattle (cows=female, bulls=male).
No one should be afraid to have those kind of gender identity items about their fursuit design! Other species can be that way too: some are 'dull color' when male or female as another example. Boobs (and genitalia for that matter) are not 'required' to be female appearing!

I'm a big advocate for having other identifiers or species specific identifiers with my characters. Like my lioness you see here spends most of her time with her chest bound to fit under armour. Her lack of mane is really the only indicator. My bird and lizard characters all don't have mammaries, dragons included. I find it a lot of fun to make a character look a certain way without necessarily using the 'obvious' human sexual identifiers. :)
It really shows! I remember seeing your first masks on youtube and just seriously was so amazed with them. And in only a short few years you just totally took off. I've never seen any loss of consistency or quality from you and it's really inspiring! :3
I really enjoy your work. ^^
