Finally got this guy done.
Been seeing too many people ask this question.
My method may not be the best out there but it certainly works for me!
Just be sure to not use printer paper. It's a bit too fragile and flimsy.
I used a heavy media type of paper kind of like stone henge. Some sketchbooks have this type of paper in it just be sure to check the cover as it will usually say.
If you like using markers instead I would recommend bristol board. You can get sketchbooks that have this paper in it as well. I would still seal it off with some varnish or sealant to avoid bleeding though!
If you don't have acrylic varnish you can use clear coat nail polish. BUT BE WARNED it can and probably will smear your marker work so use as your own discretion.

ligercraft_suits made the plugs on my fursuit, so I can attest to this method as mine have held up wonderfully and I really like them. ^_^
