That thing is a woman!?

Well, WAS a woman. Now.. A female, giant, demon-worshipping, snake. Not really sure you call that a "woman" anymore. :)

I assume the men wind up staying in the stage 3 form?

Yeah. It's very very few of his worshippers who will ever make it this far, and, honestly, the reason I define those as female is that, at that stage, the worshippers are, shall we say, intimately familiar with the demon, and likely on a regular basis. They're still mortals, but just barely, and as much his consorts as his worshippers and regents.

And actually, thinking about it, each of these serpents would probably "own" a couple of the Stage 3 males as their personal servants, and that would probably be the pinnacle of male priest achievement (and that would be a very good life, all in all, I think).

I like it, I love it, I want some more of it :D

If you encounter this thing, talk about over kill.

It's funny, part of me thinks we may have gone too far in the size. It's just hard to comprehend a snake that size descending upon you. In some cases, I may play them not as large as shown; I guess I view this as a representation of the largest of these creatures around.

I would tend to think that normal humans just don't encounter this creature, or at least when they do, they don't live to tell. I mean, she does get hungry. :)--<

If someone were to ask you, what would you do if you encounter this? I would simple say, "Cover my self in barbaque sauce, no way of escaping it and would take my chances to be eaten quickly instead of poisoned, squeezed to death, or worse.

There are actually two answers to this... If, literally, "me," in this world, like I went home tonight and saw her, it would be challenging. If I "created" Odon, then I created her, which leads to all sorts of questions. If, instead, Odon simply used me to "create" him in this world, then, hopefully, he'd give me some form of reward. I mean, he IS about temptation and corruption more than death, so I'd expect him to send someone to tempt and corrupt me, not kill me.

Either way, my answer probably would be "I don't think you are here to kill me. Why are you here?"

Now, take a slightly more generic "me," who didn't know (and probably create) the mythology of these creatures. I'd try to escape. I'd use size to my advantage, running into as small openings as I can find. Being "eaten quickly" probably means a slow, painful death inside her, so I'd probably even take poison or constriction over that. I like life too much, and I'd do all I could to escape. If I could make it to my car, I'm reasonably sure I can drive faster than she could slither.

That being said, the moment she spoke, I'd probably decide my better chance of survival was my mind, not my legs. I'd reason with her, negotiate, see if I could deal with her. If she's the corruptress she's supposed to be, this would, in fact, probably be the best chance of survival.

I couldn't actually imagine the terror one would feel seeing something THAT large and deadly descending upon them. :)

Well, once you get past the paralyzing terror and fear of falling prey to such a creature, this is a very beautiful serpent and I'd be hard pressed to not take a moment and admire <3 Very lovely picture you have snakey~

Holy. Shit. Why can't I be one of those? Oh, right, I'm male. Anyway, all of the stages look great and stuff. How did you come up with all of this?

Oh, and I think being a stage 4 might not be as fun as most probably think it will. They haven't gotten any hands, so unless they had servants or powerful magic (telekinesis?), which they probably have both of, it could be kinda sad not having hands.
