She is attractive by our standards. Goblins of Asnorit however, are distinguished by warts, prominent tusks, horns, and things we wouldn't consider appealing. Goblins like Varrahga arise because of genetic defects or sexual interaction with other races reducing such qualities, so many like her are considered freaks, weak, defective, and ugly. Hence the name. It's all a matter of different cultures and standards.
The term Ugly Goblin just relates to the fact that she doesn't appear the same as other Asnorit Goblins who have more pronounced tusks, horns, and warts. Ugly Goblins are basically like say deformed children or albinos for humans. Viewed as weak and disgusting in Goblin culture.
Varrahga is among one of the characters that I enjoyed conceiving. I'm kind of tempted since I'm chatting with you what it would be like to have Mystra and Varrahga getting together. Seeing Mystra influencing innocent Varrahga would be interesting.

Hm, yeah that makes sense. So, ugly from a goblin point of view, huh?
That might work, especially since I'm having an idea running around in my head in which Mystra becomes a Dreamwalker and able to enter peoples dreams and have some fun with them, as well as influencing them. I just need to flesh it out more. XD
But more goblins are always good in my book. :)
