After abit of pain and suffering of drawing badges I finally finished it!! ;A;
Badges and their designs are hard to draw!
Anyway, this is the Vore Criminal Investigation Badge or VCIS, here crimes are worked out to be solved through teamwork, and when the Justice System cannot deal with the crooks, the VCIS crews take it to their level of Justice.
Mainly VCIS is mostly crime solving, figuring out of the crime scene (Much like CSI and NCIS) before finding the actual criminal and giving them the right treatment.

Well it is essentially, I just wanted to put emphasis on the Crime Solving part ^^; VCIS is finding criminals and preds that are responsible for murders and missing people throughout the area. So in terms you do have the right term xD
And well a bait rank is interesting x3 I can consider adding that in xD

just imagine a guy playing a submissive and delicious prey, getting himself in trouble, being quickly swallowed and softly digested... but thanks to clues, marks left by him and a transponder he's carrying the rest of the team can precisely find the criminal, arrest him and force to regurgitate the officer :)
