I did a bit of a research on it and at a first glance it seemed to me quite rule-heavy... I did not read the rulebook, so I might be mistaken, though. Am I?
Anyways most of the reason why I never played a furry RPG is because my roleplay group isn't all hat keen on furries in general, so the problem would still persist :)
