It's awesome!
I mean to me, it's like you somehow modernized it, yet blended in like 80's influence.
Nice balance of dark and light colors, and the line thru the middle is a good touch aswell.
And the V and H really stand out nicely, and the way you played the V and A off each other.
I don't normally get excited about logo's, but this is outstanding!
