Me personally, I've been having some bad sleep habits as of late, and have been only getting sleep in four hour intervals, twice a day. A few days ago though I finally did get a full 8 hours sleep, felt like Austin Powers after getting unfrozen @_@.
Ironically, got 8 hours sleep today as well :D and half tempted to sleep more but i've got a big bowl of jambalaya waiting for me for breakfast
