The info:
Latisimi
Latissimis are small, agile creatures with powerful legs and big feet. Their hind-quarters are extremely strong but their frontal/upper bodies are typically weak by comparison. Their teeth are short and jagged with the exception of the two frontal k-nines which can be two to three times longer than the rest of the teeth. Their hearing is very good due to their large ears, but their sight is lacking due to the genetic disorder that most of them have, having multiple colors in their iris.
Diet: Omnivores with carnivorous preference.
Personality: Latissimis are typically very cleanly, with almost an obsession to keep the fur on their feet and tails clean. They can be very rowdy, and need a lot of space in order to be happy. If they're unhappy with their space, they'll let others know by yelping loudly until it's tired or in a better environment. They also have a lot of energy, rarely getting tired and getting restless if they're in one place for too long.
Society: They're very athletic and often race and wrestle each other for fun. Being social creatures, they tend to live in small groups consisting of three to five with a female leader.
Seasonal changes: Throughout the year Latissimis are always covered in a dense fur, but much more so in winter. Their sleep cycles change as well during the year, being nocturnal during the warm months and diurnal during colder months.
Speech: Latissimis can be very noisy when around one another, but very quiet on their own. Latissimis typically make chirping and clicking noises, as well as growl and yelp. They can also bark and purr, but very rarely do so.
