It's just that I've been watching some videos as of late that have been showing shallow women depicted in such a fashion to garner the attention of males, and so my thought process naturally jumps to that!

These women have self-respect, you're simply assuming that in a patriarchal society, it's justifiable to shame women for dressing up as their favorite characters, which were by the way; designed by men a majority of the time. If men can dress up as whatever they want, so can women.

And I think it's pretty easy to assume that neither of those women would find your attitude very appealing either.
