Not the prettiest of hummingbirds, but still has a special place in my heart. A bunch of details are off, this is more a representation of how I remember the species looking rather than how they actually look.

Real life painting is created without the advantage of flipping layers anyways. Hearing this is one layer makes this more beautiful though; you bucket filled the canvas brown and with the nature of brush tools you basically sculpted the bird out of it, raising it out of the void. Even the branch looks like it's physically popping out of the unscultped brown background. Wonderful. :D
