Just a Scrafty who's stuck in the 90s. He's sporting an M.C. Hammer outfit if you didn't catch the reference. But hey, at least he doesn't have to hold up his 'pants' anymore, and I bet swagger will be super effective on any poke he comes up against.. I can just imagine him doing the Hammer Slide off of and back onto the screen instead of the normal animation XD
