It's a concept of a new, "Elite" warframe, which i hope will be added in game.
He designed as a veteran of all warframes, a real Shogun that got into the suit and stand for an honor of Teno clan. He's a powerful NPC that YOU need to aid, because the mission itself too hard for him alone to maintain.
He doesn't have sentinel or shields as every other warframe, yet instead he uses very powerful protection constructed by his own family many years ago. Technology of creatin is already forgotten, but works well, defending its user better than Frost's glob and Ryno's iron skin all together.
