I submitted this painting previously with blankets covering up their lower halves at about the thighs down, but after blinking a few times and looking at it again, I realized that the leg proportions were just....STARTLINGLY inhuman. So I resigned to remove the piece and rework the error. (Posting your newest pic immediately after 6 hours of work on it is a bad idea, people. You tend to miss the obvious things).
After fiddling with the blanket shapes for a while, I got a bit peeved and just said "screw it!" and removed the blanket entirely! :D
This means I had to spend another hour and a half today drawing in legs for both the characters. In the end, I think it looks better compositionally.
I bit off a bit more than I could chew with this one, since I painted all the colors and lighting effects by hand, no special layers or fiddling with gizmos (I'm really bad at using photoshop for it's modern assist tools). Let me know what you guys think! I like how it came out, myself. I see a TON of errors that I'd like to fix, but I'll just let it go *insert Frozen reference here*

More wrinkly bed sheets I see.. ;) The composition and lighting are great, you're always good at that, and it conveys the feeling of cozyness really well. Removing the blanket was a good idea, although it's a pity the tiger's toes are cut off. I really like it though, well done :)
Thanks for the kind words! Haha after so many edits and re-paints, I was a bit relieved to see the toes didn't make it onto the canvas~ >w>
If I got lazy around the bottom of the piece it's likely because I painted it so many times my hand cramped XD
Glad to hear you like it though!!

They're well worth the read, the characterization and depth of plot are just amazing. Either way this is a really nice piece and I'm sure you can testify that we tigers enjoy cuddling immensely XD I really enjoy your art style here and I may ask you for some tips on shading some time if you'll permit
Own =w=. I loved the way how the colors blend, and the effect of light must have a lot of work being done without layer or something. Must have given it a lot of work! It's normal to miss a drawing and only realize after posted, but worse than that is not correct. Until today only saw two couples like this. A great job!
