Personally for this skill level $200 is waaaaay over-priced and even $400 is un-realistically priced. If anything for a beginner quality head that's finished and everything would be $200.

Usually unfinished headbases are priced anywhere from $50-$100

I think so, yes
if it doesn't sell, you could also put it on furbuy for a low price with a reserve of $50-$60, see if it gets any interest
