A request from a friend. The blade is unable to have an edge due to the wood center, yet still retains the appearance of a full metal blade, ideal for cosplay. Stainless steel laminate is used on either side of the wood, giving it a nice solid stance, not in the least bit flimsy. The handle was turned on a lathe, stained and finished.
All together, I have about five hours.perhaps a little more, in the project. Please, if you have questions, do not hesitate to inquire. I would love to start taking commissions. My goal is to build up some savings for college by designing, constructing, and selling cosplay props/weapons. Next week I will have full time access to a woodworking shop until I go to college in august.
Commissions are open ^^
