Long before I even thought of moving to Oregon, Ruthiel gifted me with this cutie. I'm not exactly sure how it ended up a permanent resident in the R... maybe something about it being blue and the car being blue. Either way, I got the idea I wanted it in the car and after a few weeks trying to find a good place that wouldn't constitute a hazard during... spirited... driving, it settled into the nook above the ashtray. And there it's been ever since.

Granted it does slide a little during that aforementioned spirited driving (that's how I know I'm doing it right) and it may get temporarily moved to the glovebox when the car goes in for a wash or for repairs... but otherwise it sits ever vigilant. Right there where I can rest my hand on the gearshift and scritch it's head with my finger while waiting for a light to change. My constant companion while on the road.
