I think this is the person who made it, based on the comments ( although I'm not positive, as Tumblr comments are a bit confusing ). I found them through someone else on FA, who linked to this, saying that it was the original. It sounds like they did both versions ( which is good, as I was afraid that someone directly copied it, although I do like that there are multiple versions of this message ).
