Its early in the morning and I don't know how to start off this submission! Blarg, so I'll just start rambling off.
A shot straight from the editor of the yet to be named village the hero will spend most of his time at. I was going to do a before and after shot of this, but I forgot to save a picture of he first iteration. Whoops! The 'before' village was much bigger and more neat, houses in rows and the surrounding walls a big square block.
I wasn't totally happy with the 'before' version, mostly because the walls were suppose to be rough and put up quickly, I also wanted gate houses going in and out and in the story there was not much time to build the walls, much less a house. So came up with the idea of having some of the houses be part of the wall, two of which being a make shaft 'gate house'
Also the doors on the houses look odd because its a screenshot from the editor not in game, the upper half of the doors are actually there in game.
