Interesting premise, but the characters don't really seem like themselves, I think they need more fleshing out.

And the thing about Buwaro eating paper doesn't really have any context at all, compared to canon Buwaro trying to eat anything that doesn't move because he doesn't know what is and isn't edible, because he was literally abandoned and isolated for most of his life.

This fic's plot honestly seems pretty generic, so far. I'd recommend throwing in some major twist, like WHY Medius is all sci-fi and shit.

Is it like in Cthulhu Tech, where they find an eldritch doodad that acts as an easily-manufactured unlimited generator?

Did aliens intervene in some way to speed the advancement of technology?

There's plenty of potential for this setting that needs exploring. I'd recommend taking a look at stuff like Ender's Game, Speaker for the Dead, and definitely Neon Genesis Evangelion for ideas.

I have some twists idea'd up, but again, bad at finishing. The RPG is the closest thing to "finished" I've ever made :c
