From the past comments, she looks okay without the veins, to me they're best shown on a flexed body or after a good workout. To add to your description I can say this picture was recovered from the remains of Launa's smartphone capturing Sabrina after last nights stalk and chug with some of her pack friends the night before.
Looking her worst or to capture her like this would have been a kick to post online. The stars? Because there's no moment where Launa can have the freedom and pleasure of just being a complete dick. Which culminated in having her phone smashed to pieces. As the case of supernatural roommates.

Exactley. I'm sure Thorstone has the same problem with Thorya from time to time.
