I havent played loyally in about five years, but I miss it. A lot. XD
Im thinking about getting back into it, but a lot has changed since I quit and I hear it sucks now.

the game itself doesnt exactly "suck" persay, and lots of people will tell me otherwise, so to prevent a flame war from breaking out:

the game is focused now around solo players, its got que systems that allow you to join random groups for some gear or games. the game until a certain point is also very much simplified, classes are all much easier to play, and on my warlock i dont usualy stray far from my 1-4 keys. leveling xp has also been boosted, nerfing the time to get to 60 or even 80. the classes, you will need to find out on your own because thats just how the game is right now. over all its still wow, but the comunity is probably what made the game "suck"

I understand what you're saying. I stopped playing about the same time Cata came out. From what I've seen of the game, it kinda looks like Blizzard is trying too hard to keep putting good material out. I mean, they came out with a fantastic game from the start, and to beat the first players expectations is hard.

if you are willing to try new gameplay and see new things in this game, by all means try to play it again, i didnt like it and i still kinda am iffy about it, but i play the way i wanna play to have fun. after you it 90 ((in the fall it will be 100)) its just kinda make your own game.

just keep in mind that you may get banned for playing XD i was banned for farming in a place for bags for my alts, they didnt take kindly to that and banned me. so be forwarned their system is a bit broken atm

yeah a lot more trolls and they messed up a lot of the classes. for a long time they made so many DPS over powered making PVP impossible. they nerfed healers too. (i am a healing nut lol my favorite thing to do in wow and tank. i just hate pushy people who yell at you to go faster when you tank. there are good and bad things about it, like most things.) they simplified it for the younger people playing which messed up the talent tree (they redid the whole tree system which was a big fat fail!) i didn't like the simplifications it really messed up my rotation bad when they first did it. ugh still mad they nerfed priests, pallies, druids but they boosted shaman healers and their elemental dps spec. gave them a new mastery as well for both and enchantment shaman. lol if im not careful i go off on a rant about it lol.
