She is most certainly a happy, little filly. The facial expression, pose, and pretty much everything you see here shows how she is just as happy as a filly can get.
The image, to me, makes it seem like she is just so excited that she is about to fall backwards. Someone's going to have a case of the giggles, or need a hug, very soon. :)
