They are Lobo, Chief, Wolfgang, Apollo, Fang, Kyle, Falco (player #1), Fox (player #2), Keaton, Sterling, Frank and Pierce (from left to right).

Sure I would love to check it out, I bet it's star fox theme town. and I have also Sterling with me on new leaf, and Chief on my city folk (I used to have other few from this drawings on all of my AC games but they moved away while I was too busy on school, and work)

how did you do that? only males and only wolfes and eagles? Damn you have blue roses... I tried it
as hard as I can but only I get is red,black,pink and so on... all i want is only one blue rose - I think

I borrowed my friend's 3DS and ACNL to gather villagers I wanted.
You can invite a particular villager from your friend's town to your town when the villager is packing his/her boxes for moving out. (Of course, the number of your villager should be below 9.)
Thus, my method is,
1. Make new villages in your second 3DS until your dream villager appears.
2. Change the date of the second 3DS (+5 days at a time is ideal) until your dream villager packs boxes for moving out.
3. Visit the village with your mayor of the first 3DS and invite your dream villager to your town. He/She will move in your town next day.
4. Reset the village of the second 3DS and repeat these for the next dream villager.
And I can give you blue roses if you come to my town.
