I kept thinking Tracy was Diamond Tiara. Then I got a good look and thought, "That isn't Diamond Tiara"?
You did well in capturing the pride a bully takes in being mean. You also did well in showing the reaction of the poor pony who lost her toy. The expression on Erroria's face is definitely one of disbelief and sadness. The ears on Tracy add to this feeling as well.

I don't know if you could really call it bullying, when you think of it in terms of human children, when you're this age, you think that everything that catches your eye is yours, a child's favorite words at that age are "no" and "mine"
From an adult's perspective, you try to be tolerant for the most part, usually the child loses interest in the object within a few minutes, so these situations usually take care of themselves, but this is also the age where adults try to teach them how to share, and how to say you're sorry if you make another child cry
