This is Common Cents' cousin Golden Heart, later nicknamed Fool's Gold. This character is actually based upon a dream I had if you haven't seen previous sketches of him and is much more complex a character than I realized. For starters, Golden Heart is cursed at one point by the Jewel of Jikki and/or the Shard of Pallete. Within the boundaries of this curse he becomes goop-like upon touching monetary items: gold, dollars, bits, what have you. I have close to nothing in concrete, but I do plan to start a comic story about Golden Heart.
