My intentions are different from insulting. Call them feedback.

I do feel insulted because my comment here wasn't in anyway insulting nor discouraging... I prefer to give tulips to roses because... imagine a situation when you give a rose to your mom on mother's day and she stings herself by accident... not the greatest feeling, eh?

Also my comment was not a criticism, it was a statement, because if what I've said was a criticism, then you should forbid commenting to at least 80% of member of FA because they comment in the very similar way to this very comment of mine.

There are roses without thorns, new breeds. And this is a picture, where roses cannot hurt if the artist does not choose them to. But they do stand for love, especially red roses. So the scenery seems to have a certain purpose, the roses were drawn intentionally.

I just found your comment somewhat close to insulting as if one would not know about thorns of roses in real life (most breeds indeed have them). As if one would like his or her mother to get hurt or was so stupid to forget about them. Maybe it's the general way you express yourself, maybe that was not your intention, I cannot know - that's why I chose to give you feedback, because your comment annoyed me. Maybe you do not care, maybe you intent to, or maybe you do not realise how others could (not do!) read your comments. Anything further - PN.

Thats really cute, even if you made me look at the calendar! (it was ages ago where I live).

What a pretty character and scene. I like her face, it seems so full of life. Although sometimes it is overdone, I LOVE the roses on a whitish background. It's very serene, and well-done here.
