Heh I'm still waiting for mine to arrive :P

I did that online 1040 "fillable form" thingy and then e-filed it at the end. Got my refund back in under a week. I've never seen it back so fast!

Sadly, about 1,000 went poof almost as soon as I got it to pay off a stack of bills and put a bullet in two credit cards nibbling at my ankles.

(The bigger cards won't be so easy to take down but I'm chipping away at them still)

I'll have to look into it :P

I'm actually in the UK hehe so we do randomly get one back eventually but I think there's a way to apply to speed up the process.

It's generally a bad thing when you get a large refund. It's money you loaned to the government interest-free, and by the time you get it back, it's lost some of its value through inflation.
