He basically is a barbarian and armor ain't nothin for his tribe. They thrive on getting as bloody as possibly and armor keeps the blood from sinkin in their fur ouo So they only need whatever armor they think his necessary. Ifri just has the shoulder armor to hoist his large ass hammer on his shoulder.
