This was a commission for 
Farel who asked for a ponified version of a raccoon character created by Littlenorwegians (http://littlenorwegians.deviantart.com/)
This one was a little different, as the character had been ponified before, so I did have an idea to work off of, but I was given freedom to ultimately handle it how I wanted. In the end, I used the mane, tail, body type, and cutie mark of the previous ponified version, but I tried just kind of doing my own thing with it.

Hehe, yep. At one point, I was looking at the raccoon and thinking, "WHY didn't incorporate the clothes somehow?", so I ended up doing the collar and tie in Photoshop (because I stupidly didn't think of it until after it had been inked and scanned), then I wondered how to incorporate the suit then I remembered that I didn't already have a color in mind for the background, so ... that's how that happened =P
