A painterly commission done by Peritian.

I've been a huge fan of Peri's work for quite some time. So I was very thrilled when I got an opportunity to commission her. I think she did an awesome job. :)

I really dig the bamboo forest setting in this commission. The way she rendered the greenery is fantastic; love how the green fades in the distance. The torii in the background is also a very nice touch.

The fur coloration is perfect. I'm so glad she chose the Shinsengumi uniform on my character. The colors on the uniform really complement the fur colors. I also really like the pose of my character; it got that "Standing your ground" attitude that works well in the current situation like an ambush. It was very cool of her to include the crocodile and boar enemies both in the foreground and background.
