
El otro dia mi madre me pillo por banda y me dijo que hacia mucho que no hacia risotto, me defendi con que hacia mucho que no me lo pedia. Y aqui esta el resultado, como siempre de sabor estaba bien pero la presentacion, como siempre, es una mierda.
Ingredientes:
Pollo
setas( a eleccion)
arroz
nata
aceite
caldo de pollo
parmesano
sal
pimienta
Elaboracion:
corta y salpimienta el pollo, en una olla honda con aceite sofrie hasta que coja color y retirar(da igual que este crudo por dentro aun). Añadir las setas elegidas lavadas y cortadas y sofreir. Calentamos el caldo de pollo en un cazo. Añadir el pollo y el arroz y sofreir todo junto dando vueltas. cuando el arroz este dorado añadir la nata y no dejamos de mover durante 20 minutos añadiendo poco a poco el caldo, que siempre ha de estar caliente, mientras movemos. Pasados esos 20 minutos añadir el parmesano, mezclar y dejar reposar. Sirve
The other day my mother took me by side and told me that I had long since made no risotto, I defended myself with "long ago that she did not ask me." And here is the result, as always taste good but the presentation, as always, sucks.

mushrooms (to choice)
rice
cream

chicken broth
parmesan

Preparation:
You cut the chicken and salt & pepper. In a pot with oil saute the chicken until they take color and remove (no matter that this still raw inside). Add selected mushrooms washed and cut and fry. Heat the chicken broth in a saucepan. Add the chicken and rice and fry all together around. when the rice is browned add the cream and then keep moving for 20 minutes gradually adding the broth, which must always be warm while moving. After those 20 minutes add the parmesan, stir and let stand. Serve
