You need to use Image ready (just open the completed PSD) and then after setting the timing go into file then "Save Optimized As..."

It'll give you the ability to save it as a .gif. Then upload it and enjoy.

They're being made by tons of people - I am completely blanking on the original artist who gave out the PSD.

Anyways someone created the PSD, and then uploaded the whole she-bang some everyone could make them at their own liesure.

If you have Photoshop, at anyrate. XD

I have photoshop, but I also have zero talent in using it I'm afraid. The icons are adorable but not so much my style, still I'd love to find someone to make me an animated one.
