I've been using the triangular/calligraphic-y top brush for sketching, the square-ish one with the dithered bottom edge for a lot of blocking, and the... second one in the row there, I think? For some of the 'hairy' hatch-y texture coming through. Overall it's a really rad pack and I'd recommend playing with it!
