I would, but I owe him for all the drama and crud I put him through. I was leaving, and he felt really hurt because he knows how I felt abut him. What I did was terrible, and he knows I am sorry, but I still feel bad about it. He's a really great guy, and I hurt him. Sure, he forgave me, but I still feel bad because of what he said while I was going to leave. I can still remember his words.
I think he did give him back to me, but I think I was too stupid to realize it... yeah, I'm going to go ask if he did.

Yeah, you just missed it! Fortunately, I still have a few more group drawings that I'm planning to do over the next few months as well, so there'll be plenty more opportunities to grab a spot.
