Yes and no.
The revamped World of Darkness doesn't have the regional based tribes, and instead each tribe is 'way more linked to a philosophy. (NWoD werewolves also have a very different storyline, and the game mechanics are different.) But there was a recent updated re-release of the old Werewolf the Apocalypse - which is the same in terms of story, and is honestly a nicer game in terms of rules!
