Yes, he is. Anyone who's played brawl will think this was simply traced, however it wasn't. It is just him using his energy blast though. Because... it's awesome? I didn't know how to draw Lucario exactly, so I used Brawl's model for reference. Eh... I still think it came out pretty cool. Might color it... Iunno. Coloring the aura could be difficult -_-

And as I typed that I remembered I didn't but the misty aura around his hands... fiddlesticks. They should be there.
