Winterkin
Winterkin are a snow leopard people who mainly live in Evercroft the Eversnow, an enchanted forest that is always snowing. Due to their skin and fur being fully magic and disease resistant, they were mostly all wiped out. Following their lord, Baron Lord Priam Evercroft's death due to wolves, they have become full bandits. They are strategic and highly inventive warriors. They have one of the lowest curse resistances of the special species, many members becoming werewolves.
They also cannot cast spells, due to their magic resistance.

In Sheltorland, there are different types of "magic", some more actual magic than others. Best way to put it is, "the arcane" is spells that require a mage to focus and access the magic flow. "The Occult" is curses, chants, incantations that call other worldly energies for their use. And "powers", of which there are five, wielded by five chosen ones: Life, Death, Chaotic Nature(weather), Ordered Nature(plant growth, ebb and flow of water, animals, etc.), and the Void.
