what was wrong with the first edition of your head?

jaw and los were to the point i need to ram the head down 1/2" just to see out of it. Jaw was crooked and color paterns were not right. Head was rushed needed to be fixed. She repeated the same mistakes and made the head even smaller to the point where the tip of my nose was smashed into my face. I took my measurements 3 separate times and she still messed it up. Also the wig is subpar to say the least
