After effect of the taking three rumble balls causes Chopper to go berserk and become a huge rampaging beast (Monster Point), unless placed to a body of water or knocked out, he'll continue his rampage until he completely burns out. With Fluttershy's ability to "stare" down and calming animals, she would be able to bring Chopper back to his senses, however, he is unable to move and defend himself for several hour when the formula wears off.

Although helpless, Chopper is not abandoned by the yellow pegasus as she will not allow anyone to lay a hoof on her friend.
