My first outing in the field with wet plate. Many, many problems. Veiling being the biggest. The veiling was consistent so I should be able to fix that in future outings.
Wet-Plate collodion on aluminum. Ilex 190mm plasmat lens. 2 second exposure at f9.

I am due south, probably 100 miles, but I do not drive. Draw a line SSE of Pittsburg, parallel with Annapolis, MD/Wash DC, and you pretty much have where I am at. You are more than welcome to drop by and use my 19th century props and settings to stage some period shots. I even have some Civil War soldiers who live nearby.
