to get information from people and try to get my streams flowing properly again.

If it keeps up you could consider just dropping those folks altogether though I realize that will result in a loss of your income. My idea is all ready I just can't the note to you till next week (and hopefully I can stay put on that Friday as it will work out for me to be at the stream then).
To be fair, he's got enough commissions for a month in advance that usually stays around that point, and even if that dropped down to 2 weeks in advance, generally having a 2 week commission queue with sure income is better than no income as I think this is probably causing more loss.
agreed...shiro posts the stream list EVERY OTHER DAY. If you still don't know when you're up next, ask him! Also, he's been giving out the date of your slot when you sign up for at least a month now, and sending out notes prior to your slot. So I don't know how or why you could miss out on the slot unless there was extenuating circumstances.
Kinda feel bad for shiro o_o;; it is understandable waiting for a listing to conact you for a commission to make sure they are actrually still intrested and early notifications will also help a artist juices boil as we have a idea before hand how were gonna do something and work towards it.
I think I speak for everyone when I say that this comic represents your ne plus ultra, the very height of your creative output.

But in all seriousness, I gotta agree — this kind of thing is annoying enough if it's just one person, but to have 4 people all silent at once?! That's just ridiculous, pure and simple. How are you supposed to work on something without any kind of direction from the patron?

Have you thought about changing up your process? Possibly making a form or something to fill out when signing up for a slot? Keep it in a spreadsheet and if someone wants to change it up it wouldn't be too hard to change it. It wouldn't really require too much effort on your part once it gets set up.
I think that might explain the headache i got the last time Shiro couldn't host....was wondering who was ticked off....and why...and now reading this...and well the pic says it all....no wonder why my headache was bad....so to prevent this from happening again...don't let the kitty explode!
