He definitely rocked the sepia tones mostly, yeah!
Though, to be fair, artists in the past had a comparatively limited selection of pigments to work with, and what they did available was sometimes prohibitively expensive or not light-fast. It's easy to splurge on color these days when 16.8 million or so are available instantly for free in the color picker <3
