I have been playing this game recently and this theme has always been a favourite, but there is more to this trilogy. These games were part of my childhood and remain to this day a big part of my life. The music gets in my head during the day.
I went pretty crazy getting this in order. I wanted to do this a long time ago, but I could never get it moving. I think I am right that I gave this more of a creepy feeling, but I think it is a nice job. Certainly not the best on FA, but one of my best works. This DOES LOOP 3 or 4 times.
Equipment Used (not in order of appearance):
Alesis Andromeda A6 (Sequencer, Pitch-Bent Strings, Backing Bass Synths)
Alesis Ion (Lead, Arpeggiator, Synth Flute)
Alesis Q49 MIDI Controller (Drums)
Allen and Heath GL2400-24 (soundboard)
MacBook Pro 17" (Recording)
Software Used:
Ableton Live 8.0.9 Alesis Edition (Managing all recorded tracks)

As far as i know, it only was on the original Nintendo Soundtrack, and was never re-published after again, thanks to law-issues with the composer, if i remember right.
Maybe it was labeled "Squawks shaft"? that would be the third title option, but as you can see my desperation has it's reasons ^^'
