In 225 A.D, one of the first three Langren died in the bandit raid of a human village. His first brother stayed in China to start a tribe would defend the innocent as he had attempted to in the raid. Today, his descendant, the humble Lang Shu, is the chief of his tribe. The second brother sailed to the foreign lands of the west. Now his spirit and will to fight for justice lives on in his direct Welsh descendant Evan Langston. Unlike his cousin’s tribe of the Orient, Evan's clan of Langren are much more open to the humans and what their modern society has to offer. For example, Evan drives a violet 1998 McLaren F1. His highly wealthy family remains out of government squabbles and concentrate on the safety of the honest citizens. Evan is a specialist of European street and professional boxing. In the ring, he fights to earn money for charity, under the alias; Evan "Everlasting" Langston, due to his sponsor, Everlast Combat Sports Equipment and his near immortality in the ring. When asked why he donates all of his earnings from the ring to charity, he simply answers. "I am wealthy, therefore my duty of charity is that much more vital." Evan has also begun to learn British Style fencing but is still in the shabby novice stage. Despite his vast wealth, his career in boxing, and his vigilante duties, Evan's ultimate passion is working at the Sea Circle Aquarium with his human female friend and manager, Morgan Ilar. Evan is also friends with the aquarium's prized sea turtle, Doethmor, nicknamed "Dorothy" by the children visitors. What makes his job most enjoyable for him is when the human children come to the aquarium. He loves the children like little siblings and they are always glad to see him and Dorothy. Evan is well mannered, quick witted, warm-hearted and benevolent. But at times he can prove naive and a tad cocky. The trait that defines him the most is when he must choose to fight or leave, if fighting will not help anyone other than himself, he will refuse to.
